Ashley
Aldrich Elston Certified Baby Signing Time Instructor Ashley has a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Kansas and worked in healthcare marketing/sales prior to being a stay-at-home mom. She was introduced to baby sign language when she took a mommy and me class with her son. Ashley became a certified baby signing time instructor in early 2010 and is currently working towards becoming certified as an advanced instructor. |

Arika
Aldrich Ledom Certified Baby Signing Time Instructor Arika has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Kansas State University and worked as a Kindergarten teacher prior to staying at home with her two year old daughter. She used sign language in her classroom, but expanded her own knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL) when her daughter quickly started to pick up signs before the age of one. Arika became a certified baby signing time instructor in early 2010 and is currently working towards becoming certified as an advanced instructor. |
